Preamble — I can appreciate the summer months where the vast numbers of members of OFFC boogie out of town for trips, vacation, and other forms of R&R. I hope your summer is going well and all of your activities are fun. Carry on!
Nominal Mode — Usually Terry or an official designee is hosting the Roundtable and I always appreciate the opportunity to visit and learn a lot from the people who are there.
Exception — This time though, the usual host of the Chubski Fly-tying Roundtable was on a fishing trip. I hoped there were still folks who wanted to sit around the vise and talk about fly tying, maybe do some tying too.
I had hoped maybe a few hold-overs from the club would be interested — and a couple expressed interest. But some unforeseen events prevented them attending.
I setup shop at the Fire-station — tried my best to replicate the Terry Experience.
